Raul Alejandro Ruiz Ocasio Ruiz born on 10 January 1993, is a Puerto Rican singer/songwriter. Also known as the "King of Contemporary Reggaeton",[2][3] he belongs to "the new generation" of Puerto Rican urban musicians. The album he released as his debut studio album, Afrodisiaco was released in November of 2020. Vice Versa was his second studio album, was released in June of 2021. It featured the title track "Todo de Ti". From 12 nominations, he was awarded two Latin Grammy Awards. Raul Alejandro Ocasio was born on 10 January 1993 in San Juan, Puerto Rico and was raised in Canovanas and Carolina. The father of Alejandro, guitarist Raul Ocasio Ruiz, and his mother Maria Nelly Ruiz (backing vocalist) introduced him to numerous of his musical inspirations like Michael Jackson, Elvis Presley and Chris Brown. 6 Alejandro lived with his father for a long time in the United States, mostly New York City and Miami and Miami, where his music was influenced by R&B and the dancehall genres. Alejandro and Anuel an ally, a other Puerto Rican rapper, were close friends from childhood. They both attended the same school and took part in classes. 9/10/10 Alejandro was a dancer with talent as a child and competed in talent shows. He attended the University of Puerto Rico after he graduated high school. He was a soccer player from six to twenty-five. He subsequently stopped playing due to the fact that he was not performing at the level he wanted to. In the year 20 He suffered an injury. He relocated to Orlando, Florida to attempt to get scouted to play in the Premier Development League (PDL) and was ultimately unsuccessful. Rauw Alejandro's musical style is Latin R&B and reggaeton. Also, he enjoys songs that are rhythmic and ballads. Billboard said that his music has "set him distinct" from the growing band of Reggaetones who are influenced by pop. Presley and Jackson had a profound influence on him in the beginning, and then Ricky Martin, Daddy Yankee and Chris Brown. He also mentions Ciara as an inspiration for his music.
