Tawny Kitaen

Pics Tawny Kitaen Feet and Legs Julie Ellen "Tawny" Kitaen (August 5 1961 - May 7 2021) was an American actress, model, and media personality. Her acting career in television started with Malibu (1983), and California Girls (1985). She also appeared as Gwendoline, a comedy character in the Land of the Yik-Yak (both 1984) as well as Bachelor Party (1985). Kitaen garnered widespread recognition due to her appearances in numerous rock music videos of heavy metal. Some of them include Ratt's "Back for More" (1984) and Whitesnake's "Still of the Night", "Is This Love" and "Here I Go Again" (all 1987).In the 2000s, Kitaen transitioned into appearing on reality TV series, including The Surreal Life (2006) and Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew (2008), the latter of which explored Kitaen's issues with substance abuse. Julie Kitaen was the youngest of three children, born in San Diego in 1961 to Linda Kitaen (nee Taylor) an actress, a former beauty pageant contestant, and Terry Kitaen who worked for the business of neon signs. [1][2] Kitaen's mother was from Scottish and Irish heritage, and her father was of Russian Jewish origins. Kitaen was raised Jewish. Kitaen first began using the name "Tawny" when she was 12 years old, and on her own initiative. She had dyslexia issues as a child and dropped out of Mission Bay High School. She was 14 when she went to see Penny Frampton perform in Balboa Stadium. [9]
